Rogue Scholars is a mentorship space for occupational therapists building programs, offers, and initiatives outside of traditional care models — supported by sustainable systems that hold both the work and the person doing it.

About This Cohort

Rogue Scholars has been thoughtfully rebuilt from the ground up. This cohort is the first to move through the new structure, curriculum, and delivery model.

Because this is the initial cohort in the rebuilt program, enrollment is limited and pricing reflects early access while the curriculum and community continue to take shape.

Who Rogue Scholars Is For

Rogue Scholars is designed for OTs who:

  • Want to work with more clarity and focus — not hustle or urgency
  • Are building or refining programs, offers, or initiatives with real impact
  • Value systems, sustainability, and long-term thinking
  • Are open to learning through reflection, action, and shared language
  • Understand that mentorship is collaborative, not done-for-you

This is not a fit if you’re looking for:

  • A step-by-step course with prescribed outcomes
  • 1:1 coaching on demand
  • A fast-growth or “shortcut” container

About This Founding Stage

This stage of Rogue Scholars is intentionally smaller, more relational, and more responsive.

While the core structure, orientation, and program containers are in place, some elements of the curriculum and community are continuing to take shape in real time — informed by the needs, questions, and work of the people inside the space.

Joining at this stage means:

  • You’re comfortable engaging in a program that is actively being refined, rather than fully static
  • You value thoughtful participation and contribution over passive consumption
  • You understand that clarity often comes through engagement and application — not waiting for things to be “perfect”

This is an early-access phase for people who want to help shape the direction of the program while benefiting from close proximity, live support, and intentional design.

Investment Details

If you’re accepted into this cohort, the investment is: $197/month (founding cohort rate)

This rate reflects early access to the rebuilt Rogue Scholars program and applies while you remain an active member in the founding cohort.

Enrolment is intentionally limited to support a smaller, more relational mentorship space. There is no pressure to apply if the timing or investment doesn’t feel aligned — this process is about mutual fit.

What Happens After You Apply

Once you submit your application, here’s what to expect:

  • Your application will be personally reviewed.
  • This isn’t an automated process — I read every application with care, looking at fit, readiness, and alignment with this stage of Rogue Scholars.
  • You’ll hear back within a few days. If it feels like a strong fit, you’ll receive an invitation to join with next steps. If it’s not the right fit right now, you’ll still hear from us — with clarity and respect.
  • Invitations are limited. Because this is a smaller, relational founding cohort, space is intentionally capped to support meaningful engagement and high-quality discussion.
  • If accepted, you’ll receive access details and onboarding information. This includes how to get started, how live calls work, and what to expect in your first few weeks inside the program.

There’s no need to prepare anything further right now. Submitting an application is simply a way to start the conversation and see if this container is the right next step for you.
