Please review the following terms before enrolling in the Clinician to Coach Roadmap.

PROGRAM NATURE

The Clinician to Coach Roadmap is an educational program designed to support therapists in exploring and developing coaching-informed approaches and program-based service models. This program is not a substitute for legal, or financial services.

PAYMENT & ACCESS

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Clinician to Coach Roadmap program materials, including all modules and associated resources. Access is granted for personal, individual use only. Sharing login details or distributing program materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the Clinician to Coach Roadmap and the work it’s designed to support. If you've engaged with the program and completed Modules 4 and 5 (the first two Implementation Modules of the paid curriculum), and you feel it has not delivered on its intended value, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible, you must:

• Complete Modules 4 and 5 of the paid curriculum
• Submit a brief summary of your key takeaways and how you applied the material

This ensures the program has been given a genuine opportunity to support your growth. 

If, after that, you feel it wasn’t the right fit, we will honour a full refund — no hard feelings.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and resources provided within the Clinician to Coach Roadmap are the intellectual property of OTs Gone Rogue and Three Peak Performance Group Inc. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or income. Your success depends on many factors, including your background, experience, level of engagement, and application of the material.
