Before you dive fully into the program, we invite you to complete this short New Member Questionnaire.

This isn’t an assessment, and there are no right or wrong answers. The purpose of this form is simply to help us understand where you’re at right now, so we can better support you through live calls, Office Hours, and the overall structure of the program.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before completing this. Share what feels accurate in this moment — your answers can (and will) evolve as your work evolves.

A few things to know before you begin:

• This questionnaire is for support, not evaluation
• Your responses won’t limit your access to any part of Rogue Scholars
• You’ll always be able to move between Foundations, Momentum, and other parts of the program as needed
