A Strategy Session helps you zoom out, look at the bigger picture, and identify your priorities for the next 90 days. You'll complete a strategic intake, meet privately with a member of the OTGR Leadership Team for a focused 45-minute session, and receive a personalized Strategic Roadmap that turns what we uncover together into clear priorities and next steps.

Deciding what matters is only the beginning. Join us
for 90 days of support to actually follow through.
Rogue Insiders kicks off with a 90-Day Planning Workshop based around our Sustainable Growth Framework, where you get clear on what matters most for the season ahead. From there, you're supported by three months of community, accountability, and Office Hours to help you put that plan into practice, alongside other OTs doing this work differently.
