Please review the following terms before enrolling in Rogue Insiders.
PROGRAM NATURE
Rogue Insiders is a time-limited membership experience designed to support occupational therapists who are developing programs, pursuing new opportunities, and building or growing businesses around their expertise.
The experience includes educational resources, planning workshops, community support, and asynchronous Office Hours. Members who select Coaching & Live Support also receive group coaching, live Office Hours focused on using AI more effectively, and access to additional training and resources.
Rogue Insiders is an educational and professional development experience. It is not a substitute for individualized legal, accounting, or financial services.
The dates, duration, pricing, and specific inclusions for each enrollment period are outlined on the sales page and confirmed at checkout.
PAYMENT & ACCESS
Rogue Insiders offers different levels of support. Your enrollment includes the materials, resources, and services associated with the option you select at checkout.
The price displayed at checkout is the total enrollment fee for your selected experience, unless a payment plan or other payment arrangement is expressly offered.
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the membership materials and resources included in your selected option. Live workshops, coaching calls, and Office Hours take place according to the schedule communicated for your enrollment period.
Access to membership content, community spaces, and ongoing support is provided for the duration of your enrollment, except where lifetime or extended access is expressly included.
Access is granted for personal, individual use only. Sharing login details or distributing membership materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
OPTIONAL MEMBERSHIP CONTINUATION
At the end of your enrollment period, you may be offered the opportunity to continue with an ongoing Rogue Insiders membership.
Any continuation options, pricing, and included benefits will be communicated before your enrollment ends.
Your initial enrollment does not automatically renew. You will not be charged for an ongoing membership unless you actively choose to continue and authorize the associated payment.
Ongoing coaching and other additional support services are not automatically included in a Core membership continuation. Any available coaching options will be communicated separately.
There is no obligation to continue beyond your initial enrollment period.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident in your decision to join Rogue Insiders.
If you decide the experience isn't the right fit, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase, regardless of which membership option you selected.
To request a refund, please email [email protected] within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
Once your refund is processed, your access to Rogue Insiders and its associated membership benefits will end.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, and resources provided within Rogue Insiders are the intellectual property of OTs Gone Rogue and Three Peak Performance Group Inc.
Members may use the worksheets, templates, spreadsheets, and other designated implementation resources provided through Rogue Insiders in their own professional work or business.
These materials may not be copied for redistribution, reproduced for resale, shared with others, or incorporated into products or programs offered to third parties without prior written consent.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or income. Your success depends on many factors, including your background, experience, level of engagement, and application of the material.
